Thyrus is the only known german member on the Gametechmods forums. He joined on September 27th 2009.
DSL
He only showcases robots in DSL. His bots were often criticized by Naryar for being badly built (example, having Piglets for drive or ballasts) since he`s more going for look then for efficiens. He also has build some replicas but not on such a high level as Sonny_Resetti has. Naryar said once, that Thyrus is better in building replicas than building own robots. He seems to have improved his building level though, and seems now to be decent in DSL.
Tournaments
He is known for some bad luck in tournaments, like his loss in Rust In Pieces when Dirt Devil 4 had been flipped up and got stuck on the arena sidewall after the first few seconds. Meanwhile he improved a bit. He reached the 3rd round of CombatAnts 1 and 2.
He is also going to host a tournament called Total Annihilation based on the Annihilator battles from the Robot Wars TV-show.
Modding
He and some other users came up with the idea of the Robot Wars Series 3 Mod. It is in progress.
