HurricaneAndrew joined the Gametechmods forums in early June 2009 with the password andrew92. Andrew has played Robot Arena since it's release in 2001 and first tried RA2 in 2003. In 2009 he found GTM and it's devotion to Robot Arena 2. HurricaneAndrew has been known mostly for faking his own suicide on GTM, and having the password andrew92, although the community is attempted to turn those into occasional jokes and move on.

HurricaneAndrew rarely built afterward, but he preferred DSL over Stock due to the semi-realistic style of building in DSL. He had entered few tournaments early in his tenure at GTM but has been more active in tournaments as of late.

Andrew built what is thought to be the first beetleweight hammer to be entered into a tournament. This robot and more of his notable robots can be found at the bottom of the page.

He refrains from much constructive activity durring the later part of his time on GTM, apart from occasionally giving advice in the showcases or posting a bot in his own. HurricaneAndrew is usually quick to get into arguments with other members, and has trolled and flamed fairly extensively, but became a bit tamer after Naryar's warnings. He even vandalized his own wiki page for an unknown reason at one point, after which the page was deleted, only to be brought back a few months later.

HurricaneAndrew doesn't tolerate members that have very little knowledge, but aren't willing to learn (e.g.: Sylandro, and other n00bs,) and is quick to express his displeasure towards such members. He blames this type of member for the loss of some of the community's most respectable members (e.g.: Madiaba, Pyscolone, Infiniteinertia and many others).

While HurricaneAndrew has disappeared from GTM several times, he always seems to return after a short hiatus with brand new passwords begrudgingly made to protect himself from 090901 and noodle

Got permabanned somewhere around late 2015 for trying to hack into Meganerdbomb's account, which does not have the password of Pinkiepiespiehole like Andrew had expected. Andrew then returned over the next months back under three names (in order): Shrek, Goon, and ShootingPost, but his easily recognizable attitude and style of posting were kept as he was quickly re-banned. It is said that he did not use the password andrew92, causing him to cry each time he registered. Under his ShootingPost moniker, Andrew invented the popular GTM copypasta "Wiggle-post" in the Chatterbox thread.
