Sparkey98 is a member of the forums, joining on December 4 2009.

At one point, he was considerd to be the biggest n00b on the forums, just as bad, if not worse than LRA2. Since then, he has improved and does not act as n00by as before. He used to get very flipped out over jokes and constructive critisicm, thinking that users were insulting him.

He at one point was trying to get as many Vets to come back as he could. So far he has managed to get ToAst to come and stay, and also got Duh102, and quite a few others to drop by. He has also talked to Jimxorb but he angered a couple of people which got him a good telling off by ACAMS.

He seems to believe that he is famous for creating a fad on Gametechmods to build bots in Microsoft Paint, and has managed to get it to spread to other forums. At one point, his bots were rubbish and he thought they were better than everyone elses. Some believe that he could be double accounting as qwertythe300th, who just recently joined GTM who speaks and acts in the same way as sparkey98. They also like all the same things such as Microsoft paint bots and Fantasy robot battles.

Makes many "should I leave" threads and claimed he left GTM after some angry text. He came back not long after though and is still making the threads. Generally makes many chatterbox threads that often get TLT'ed.

Bot Building

Stock: below average, does not know how to eFFe well, and has issues building to the weight limit.. Recently got quite a bit better than he was before.. DSL: Better than he is at stock, but not brilliant in any way. Finally beginning to to understand the simple sentence "build to weight limit"build to the weightlimit as well.

  • Neptus series: a stock series of 7 flipping robots, the latest having a backup clamp.
  • Huggy: Sparkey's first "Good" (In his opinion) DSL bot, that has an HS with two El Diablo tails so it looks like it has arms and hands, the latest having blades.
  • Shred 'n Stab: Sparkeys' first 'good'(first to beat all stock AI HW's, not justifying the claim) bot with 7 versions as of now, it has two Face spinners on the front and 2 spikes on the back
  • Devils thorn: a MW wedge with two flame throwers, to be entered in the April '10 BOTM.
  • Saw N00b: Sparkeys first "remarkabley good" bot, able to take down Mako, among others, in a matter of seconds.
