Craaig
Craaig joined the forums in March 2009, and describes himself as a 'generally happy guy' as well as 'random'. His real name is Craig, for those who didn't guess.
He seems to have a tendency for making 'odd' or 'insane' bots for tournaments, because most people 'take stuff too seriously'. Also likes to think of himself as a good sportsman within tournaments.
Craaig has begun his own DSL MW tournament, Rust In Pieces, mainly due to the lack of DSL tournaments currently taking place. It has 22 competitors, and the Winner's Bracket has been completed, while the Loser's Bracket will happen soon.
Craaig also co-made the 25x Post of Shit with Hydro, was much of a n00b, and was even given the Spamweight Post Rank for several weeks. Craaig is proud to say these habits are now in the past.
Tournament Entries
-RA2: Brawl of the Builders - lost fight to R0B0SH4RK - bot came 13th in that round.
-His Clash Cubes 2 entry, Shinigami, was well liked by several members of the community, and although losing Round 1 to MikeNCR, and in Round 2 of the Loser's Bracket, lost to R0B0SH4RK - again.
-Micro Mayhem - Froggi (a BW clone of Shinigami) - failed badly.
-N00b Warz - Mr Spinny Disc - flew into a pit.
-N00b Warz 2 - KILLER PINK BOT OF DOOM - lost a wheel and got TKOed in Round 2.
-Doomed Bots - Reshade3 - knocked out in Round 2.
-King of Karnage - Vicious Chicken of Bristol - defeated in Round 2.
-RAW2 (with JoeBlo) - MK Ultra - lost Round 1 of Winners and Losers Brackets.
-1vs2 - OHAIBOOM/MiniShini
-Rust In Pieces - Calypso - lost on points in Round 1.
-Replica Wars - Bigger Brother - thrown OotA by GF93's Cassius 2 in Round 2
Bot Building
Stock: Craaig doesn't tend to build in stock, because he 'just sucks at it', although is slowly improving and is making more stock bots.
DSL:
All his bots are decidedly generic, although Vertical Spinners are his personal favourite, having built a huge S3-Style VS Shinigami for Clash Cubes 2, and has built very many similar robots, but vows to stop building them soon due to criticism of the design. He tends to build series of robots instead of individual machines.
