Styles of building are somehow like schools of thought in RA2 building, or more precisely what your building aims at. There are a few different styles that builders adhere to, or not.

These are not strict categories, although most often a builder

DSL Standard

This style is mostly preoccupied by building efficiency. It seeks to use the best setups of the best components to build something interesting or good. It often frowns upon the use of useless components.

No style

When a builder starts building in ra2, most often they have no well-defined style, and they just... build stuff. They will most often develop into another style via contact with other builders or natural growth.
