Kill343gs
Kill343gs (AKA Kill343guiltyspark) is a moderator at the gametechmods forums. He joined the official forum back in July of 2006 and was influenced by builders like Pyscolone and Vertigo002. Kill343gs's most powerful bots are his rammers. He is friends with InfiniteInertia with whom he created The RA2 Online Chronicles and the RA2 Online Rules.
Kill's other contributions include the arena skin used in the Tag Team Championship, an AI tournament hosted by Ianh05.
Tournament History
Kill343gs has had poor luck when it comes to AI tournaments.
BBEANS3 Entered with his first LW, My Playstation Gone Wild. The tournament was going better than expected until he had bad luck against Eco Jr. Sorrow where he got shut out. He then lost to Brown Wreckluse Clickbeetle in the loser's bracket.
The Tag Team Tournament was followed by a lot of controversy because of some AI coding issues. Kill343's bot was running on a more basic AI code than intended which led to the loss of all matches despite people's predictions. He was teamed with InfiniteInertia with the bot team of Rolo (kill343gs), a powerful popup; and Spyguy (infiniteinertia), an extremely powerful sit'n'spinner.
All Round Bot Builder Championship Stratocaster (HW), Rolo (MW), and MyPlaystationGoneWild (LW) were entered, all three of which were AI'd by himself, which was one of the requirements for the tournament. He is patiently awaiting results of this tournament. So far Team Kill343 has won its first match against Scorpio 2/3, with Stratocaster being the only bot to be knocked out.
His first ever DSL bot, Far Cry, was entered in Sage's DSL tournament RAW. It was expected to do well.
Stratocaster was entered in BBEANS 5 and was expected to do well.
Notable robots:
- Slamboni:4WD Heavyweight piston rammer. Known for one of the biggest single hits in stock RA2 history, with a top hit somewhere around 11,000 points. Retired
- Stratocaster:6WD Heavyweight piston rammer. Hit hard enough to knock other bots out of the BBEANS arena. Entered in BBEANS 5 and is expected to do well.
- My Playstation Gone Wild:LW Horizontal Spinner. BBEANS 3 Entrant. Made it a decent distance before being shut out by Sorrow's robot Eco Jr. due to gyro dancing. Commonly reffered to as MPGW.
- Rolo: Middleweight popup, his first, built for the Tag Team Competition. Teamed with InfiniteInertia's robot "Spyguy" in the competition, so named for a parody of the everlasting feud between forum members Rolo and SpyGuy.
- Far Cry: Kill's first DSL bot, competed in RAW but didn't do as well as everybody expected. It featured fearsome wedges rivaled only by Lousy Launcher and strong defense for its dual Perm 132 weapon motors.
