Fear Rating pertains to a Forum Member's intimidating effect upon other members. While a high Fear rating indicates that you are more likely to shut up the rants of n00bs, they are also more likely to get strong grudges. On the down side, they are also less liked by the community and are (in rare cases) banned for prolonged aggression. Another type of person with a high fear rating are those with forum privileges.
