A rare design, but deadly if well built.
Jugglers are not hybrids, but have FS-like weapons and a popup body.
They need a good wedge and a fast drive train. Their weapons are two small spinning discs placed horizontally like horizontal spinners, but they are on top of the bot and the effective weapons are on top of the disc, , unlike HS and VS, much more like a vertical FS weapon.
The tactic is rushing on the opponent, getting under, and staying under as the small spinners grinds the other bot's undersides.
They are so called due to the "Juggling" effect they create.
The typical juggler is Neglected Waterbug.
