Russian Roulette (sometimes addressed as RR) is found on the gametechmods forum.
Stock: Was a decent builder. Never touches stock anymore after Sage's tournament ; RAW 2 ended. DSL: Prefers Innovation and looks compared to generic "Cookie Cutter" designs that are overused all the time. Still finds decent and destructive designs in the bunch.
