Trivia: | Flaming Whizzer was the only bot in BBEANS 1 to use 4 spinners. Flaming Whizzer is the first french bot to win BBEANS, the second was Hazardous Contraption. |
Flaming Whizzer was a Middleweight HS built by Polinator for BBEANS 1. Polinator did an odd thing that is not normally done. When he ran out of weight, he didn't try to go back and fix it. He just left a razor tip off one of the spinners (visible in lower pic). Flaming Whizzer dominated every bot it faced, including the first filmed match in BBEANS history, the finals. The finals were one of the closest matches in history, because every time that Flaming Whizzer got its KO, it would have no life left, and the control board (in two of the battles) was damaged by the end of the match. It also got flipped a few times, and Flaming Whizzer is not invertible. Flaming Whizzer is forever down in BBEANS history for being the champion of the inaugural BBEANS. Polinator, AKA Cooker, has only fought in one BBEANS, but this one has kept him at 3rd place in BBEANS standings, behind of two champions (ACAMS and Naryar), and infront of one (MikeNCR).
