Fast (4WD [[Z-tek]] drive), it's tactic is getting under enemy bots (he has excellent wedges) and ripping them with his top weapons.+ + + + + + + + + + + + + − [[Image:NeglectedWaterbug.JPG]] − It is a wedge design with [[Ram Plate]]s on the two wedges. It's weapons are on it's top, basically two servo bursted HP [[Z-tek]] powered discs, each disc having 2 [[mace]]s, 2 [[razor tips]] and 4 [[iron spikes]] on it.+ − Also features a cleverly placed snowplow, just behind the weapons, for keeping the enemy bot on the weapons. (The tribar is attached on the servo, and the zteks on the tribar, as the snowplow) − Built by [[Rejected]]. By the words of [[Starcore]] himself, "He was one of our best bot builders. A craftsman and an artist."

Neglected Waterbug is, put simply, a legendary bot.
Recognized by all as one of the best bots of all Starcore 3 (and by several as THE best).
It has still one of the best wedges ever built and if it gets under you, you're probably in trouble.
While still a very good bot, it generally can't stand against a good modern day [[HW]] [[HS]] (especially belly caster-armored ones) and is weak if you can flank him, but flanking and destroying NW with another heavyweight isn't much of an achievement...
Several Neglected Waterbug clones have been entered into tournaments and all of them faired well, with one being the [[BBEANS]]4 winner, [[Hazardous Contraption]]
