Following a brief departure from the forums for unknown reasons, he returned in April 2010, and started to become one of the forum regulars, receiving Advanced User status in December 2010.

Occasionally, NFX builds replicas to quite a good standard, and some more humorous robots when "Builder's Block" sets in. He is also a strong Bot Of The Month contender, being only the third member to win back-to-back BOTM polls.
