+If you're not familiar with Japanese terms, you won't know what an "otaku" is. An otaku is someone who's so obsessed with something that they hardly venture out of their house or stray from their obsession for more than a few minutes. You could also say that Otaku is a term akin to Hikkikomori, due to the tendency to stay inside and not stray from their hobbies or obsessions. The insane bit is pretty self-explanatory, and defines her erratic and strange behaviour.

+SotG is obsessed with Suzaku. That is, the Chinese/Japanese god and many of the Suzakus from anime - just not Kurugi. She knows a lot about many of the Suzakus and is the Suzaku "Expert", using a character in Story Time called Suzaku and including many Suzakus in her fanfics and games. She knows a lot about any of the Suzakus and would probably go on about it a lot if you asked.
