Paper Cut is a MW popup and is the 2nd MW from The Deadpool in NAR AI. With a titanium sheet as a feeder wedge and frontal protection, it can take a beating from powerful HSes and shell spinners. Though it only has 4 razors, its drive is speedy enough to sneak the razors to the underside of most of the opponents. Also uses aluminium armor and is slower than most MW popups.
