Overview
The Electric Arena 2 is an evolution of the Electric Arena, made by Clickbeetle. It is notable for being the arena of BBEANS2.
The Electric Arena 2 has original hazards. It is a large pit with a flat arena suspended in the middle, with a boxing-style enclosure, but made of "electric bars". The pit is energized plasma (or something), and while it does not instantly eliminate your bot like in most OOTA's, the pool of glowing liquid heavily damages on contact and makes the bot bounce around in the pit, as well as any components it has lost, ensuring an entertaining demise. Or sometimes the bot bounces back into the arena, but it is generally not in fighting shape by then.
The electric bars also damage your bot's chassis in contact with it, applying the electric effect as in the original Electric Arena. Also, both hazards actually remove points from a bot's score when touched, resulting in the occasional negative point score.
The Electric Arena 2 is rather wedge-unfriendly, and is better with taller bots that don't get parts stuck into the parts.
