Warning levels

A warning level is given to some GTM'ers. They can be given when someone:
- Swears (in the main forum)
- Spams
- Trolls
These are the levels:
- Watched- Someone is watched if they do something against the rules.
- Moderated- Post will not show until approved by staff.
- Muted- Someone can not post.
