In Robot arena 2, a battle between opposing robots usually ends in one of three ways.

Knockout

A knockout or KO occurs when all but one of the bots has their armor breached and control boards destroyed. This is probably the most common way that a given match ends, and is often the most fun to watch.

Technical Knockout

A technical knockout or TKO occurs when all bots but one are eliminated without being destroyed. Examples of TKOs are imobilization, Out of the arena, or a havok explosion. A Win by Points can also be considered a TKO, but I believe it is different enough for its own category.

Win by Points

A Win by Points or WBP occurs when the battle time runs out, and the points scored by each bot are compared. The bot with the most points is declared the winner. This is the only ending in which two bots can tie. You can avoid Wins by Points by setting your match time to none. WBPs tend to be the least enjoyable to watch.

Draw

A draw is basically when the battle time runs out, but the bots have exactly the same score. Extremely unlikely to happen, but several battles have been fought with each bot scoring exactly zero points (notably flipper battles). In that case, the game does not gives a winner on the Match Results. The only known tournament battles like that (in BBEANS3, the Peep-Micro Vulcan fights) ended with a "judge's decision" and selected the winner.
