Naryar arrived on the forums in March 2008 with already some basic knowledge of stock. Over the years he slowly devoted himself to DSL, and became one of the top builders of the DSL community.

Naryar's goals include improving the building skills of the whole community, and participating in tournaments to CRUSH HIS ENEMIES'S SKULL UNDER HIS IRONCLAD BOOT (as he puts it - in a less dramatic way, he participates for the thrill of the fight), as well as encouraging constructive conflict between members.
He calls himself a "villain" and "evil" but is most often not seen as one by the community, because his acts of villainy are mostly random attacking of members in the junkyard, abuse of other people for laughs, and anything that he might deem interesting.
Despite being generally fairly emotionless, in particular in the emotions of love and sympathy for others, he tends to overreact (though he seems to play this for laughs) when things go his way, that is to say go more conflictual, or when losing or winning in a tournament, mostly with TALKING IN ALL CAPS, ALL TO INDICATE EMPHASIS. Maybe his dramatizing has something to do with taking himself for a villain.
It is currently unknown if Naryar has a hidden heart of gold, or is just only out for himself. While some members think that, he disagrees most of the time.

And as a last tidbit, he is the first Wiki moderator (ironically due to him lowering ACAMS's respect rating) and was recently promoted to showcase moderator on Gametechmods, like [[Pwnator]]. He takes his showcase moderator job seriously, and is not above cruelty to misbehavers when he feels it is necessary.

His rise in power was slow, but went all the way. Now global moderator, after becoming showcase moderator, he claimed for himself the title of "Evil Overlord". Despite this, he is generally seen as a stern but fair figure as a lawbringer, though maybe a bit power-hungry.
