The Venko Effect is basically a flame war that happens in a new Robot Showcase, when the showcasing newbie is acting like a n00b (Like using custom components, overconfidence when you're not good at bot building, or possibly being a Forum Arsonist).
Happened first on Venko's showcase, which is why it bears the name of "Venko Effect"(the term itself was created by Naryar).
Apart from this and several minor happenings, another important manifestation of the Venko Effect appeared later on S32's showcase for the first 7 pages.
