OMD was originally a robot description simplified tool used by Korium9, but Naryar strongly believes in it.

It stands for "Offense, Mobility, Defense".

These three abilities are:

Offense

Offense is simply the amount of damage your bot can deal. Weapon power and weapon size are included. A good offensive bot will usually score many points, kill it's opponent quickly or reduce it easily into single parts before killing it.

Mobility

Mobility refers to the bot's driving. A slow bot (both in turning and forward/backward movement) will have low mobility. A fast and agile bot, that usually relies on charging it's opponent headfirst, will have high mobility. Also, mobility takes in account invertibility or self-righting capacity (invertibility is better).

Defense

Defense is just the opposite of offense, although a bot can have both high offense and defense (but as a result low mobility). It's just your bot's plating, both the chassis and external armors. Mainly focused on survivability, a defensive bot has high health and won't be disabled easily. Also, having wedges is good for defense.
