The Venko Effect is basically a flame war that happens in a new showcase, when the showcasing newbie is acting like a n00b (Like using custom components, overconfidence when you're not good at bot building, or possibly being a Forum Arsonist).
Happened first on Venko's showcase, which is why it bears the name of "Venko Effect".
