A Face Spinner (FS) is like a Juggler but with the weapon motors facing forwards with discs on each motor and weapons on them. They are an uncommon bot type but incredibly damaging when made right.
An in game example is Coal Miner.
Other notable Face Spinners are Meganerdbomb's BBEANS 2 entry Shebeast and Rejected's bot Rabid Pit Bull.
