In Game examples: Chain Reaction, Hypno Real Life examples: Why-Not and Y-Pout (Team Whyachi)
True FBS, not to be confused with SnS or HS, are, well, a cross between the two.
They're a rather strange and confuse design, and the most unbalanced OMD you can see.
The basic idea of a FBS is : make all your chassis spin, but still being able to drive.
