An near-overused catchphrase made by Sage when he posted in the "what do you find annoying" thread as a direct reply to the question. He repeated it several times, and it caught on. "Threads like this" was said (including when people quoted it) 25 times in that thread.
It became a meme shortly after, basically meaning "This thread is useless/stupid/ low quality".
