Respect Rating is based on their respect from the forum in general. Also note that most [[Innovationalist]]s have a fairly high Respect Rating. This is due to their effect on their innovation toward the forum. Respect Rating is measured in many ways. One is by how many people in general are willing to defend the member when he/she is either "slacking off" and not working on their projects that they promised, or when they are in a confrontation with another member. It is also affected by how "friendly" the user is towards other members and by how useful they are to the community in keeping it alive.
Note: Respect Rating is NOT achieved through aggressive acts and brute forum power like [[Fear Rating]], but is more based off of how the community views the individual as a neccesity to the workings of the forum.
