I'm going by what is going to be in the actual V4 realease not the alpha. Starcore changed it to be a SnS.

Spin Doctor is a VERY dangerous HS. With almost as many weapons as a genric 36 iron hs, this thing spins its tribars at fast speeds and does extreme damage. Not to mention it has a full castor bottom to foil those nasty pop-ups.
