Hanky Panky's design isn't much better than his name. He basicially sucks at fighting and his weapon is just a lousy lifting [[iron spike]], a frail weapon for a HW. He does a slight wobble when it is actived.

Hanky Panky's design isn't much better than his name. He basicially sucks at fighting and his weapon is just a flipping [[iron spike]]. Irons are good, but the problem is that one iron spike isn't even enough for a [[lightweight]]. He does a slight wobble when it is actived.
