The DSL equivelant of caster armor, "Narmor" takes advantage of the odd collision mesh of the skirt hinge component. It involves attaching a series of skirt hinges along a robot's front side to create an invincible, and invisible shield. The advantages over caster armor are, it is much , much lighter, covers more area, and can be attached to slopes easily without robots becoming trapped.

The name "Narmor" is derived from [[Naryar]], who was the first to utilise this glitch, doing so with his BBEANS 6 entrant, but the name was coined by [[NFX]] as a joke during a discussion about realism in DSL.
