FOTEPX is a guy on GTM who really wants a page on RA2 Wiki. After getting bored of waiting, he decided "Heck, why not make my own?" but only got as far as a few sentences asking someone else to do this all for him, including adding his page to the forum members category. He would've added more info, but because he is a lasy guy (as evidenced by the slow progress of RR and the cancelling of [[Tag Team Tornado]]) he decided to let somebody else do all the work for him.

He could be noted for having the lowest rating on GTM, having a record -35. If he doesn't have the lowest rating, he would like you to give him at least a -1.
