FOTEPX is a guy on GTM who really wants a page on RA2 Wiki. After getting bored of waiting, he decided "Heck, why not make my own?" and that's what he's doing. I know half of this stuff will get deleted, but heck, at least it's half decent filler until someone finds the time to make this awesome, eh?
