A bot exchange is a place where people can upload their bots, so other people can download them for thier own personal use. There was an original one, then one on Gametechmods created by Goose. It was then deleted accidentaly, along with the bots on it. A new one was promised by the end of Summer 08, but that hasn't happened yet, now that it is January 09.
