How to use nonstandard components in multiplayer

to play using custom / other/ downloaded components you must........

Go to your RA2 Directory

Locate the file ra2.cfg

open the file using notepad or another such program

Locate the line AllowNonStandardMultiplayer=1

change the line to AllowNonStandardMultiplayer=0

Note: both you and the people you are playing must have the component(s) that you are using, otherwise the game will crash.
