CH3N02 was a bot built by Joeblo and posted in his Custom Component showcase. The bot uses custom bateries, wheels, and motors to reach speeds faster than the game can handle, sending it though the oponents and the walls.
TRIVIA: CH3N02s name comes from the chemical name for Nitro methane.
