Real examples: Bad Attitude, Double Agent

Game examples: Ronin, Lil'Dog

Wedges are a quite simple bot design and good for starters that want to practice their driving. It is basically a robot with a sloped front, and a low ground clearance, for getting under other bots. A fast drive train helps, too.

However, normal wedge bots doesn't have any weapons, and this is more than an issue in an arena without any possibility to get OOTAs or destructive hazards, so it is better to include a weapon.

You might as well want to get an efficient wedge design on your robot.

PROS

-Fast

-Easy to build

-Can control another bot by taking away it's drive train

CONS

-Very low damage

-Difficult to make efficient when invertible
