The UI is one of the more important parts of RA2. it is a file containing all of the visual files and the GIB files for many things.
Basics
The UI contains all of the images for the buttons, backgrounds and dent pics for RA2. The only exeption is the game Icon and any custom bot skin.
GIBs
The GIBs are the files showing the placement for every menu and screen in the game. These files are easily editable, but there is no known mods editing the GIB files. (several however, allow for 6 bots to be used.)
Graphics
There are many graphics in RA2, all BMP. You can freely edit them, but be warned about the size, and standard modding precautions MUST be taken.
