Phale is a pretty average lightweight pop-up. It has regular Z-Tek drive so it's much faster than most lightweights and can get in before most [[HS]] can get up to speed. It uses two razors on its DDT that packs quite a punch. It has plastic armor which really isn't the best for an armorless pop-up.
