first press the print screen(PrtScn) button while you are in the game(only one image saves). Then go to your favrite image editor or paint and press edit paste. Save your image as a jpg.  Then go to upurs.us or imageshack.us and upload the image. paste the code they give you (example: [img]http://www.rfshq.com/upURS/image/4342.jpeg[/img]) on the forums.
