HazCon (as it was called for short) wasn't a favorite at the start of the tourney, but was referred as a "as good as the original" [[Neglected Waterbug]] first by [[Clickbeetle]] himself, that put it into his 5 possible winners, and then gained respect from the others after several quick victories.

It destroyed the winner's bracket before hitting a speedbump in Round 6 against the runner-up Enfilad3. Because of the AI's driving, HazCon's sides were exposed, and Enfilad3 took the advantage and won 2-1.
