The Arena was made public in Serge's custom showcase and was then used in [[Chinese Whispers]] and now is going to be used in the upcoming [[Total Annihilation]] Tournament.

The concept behind the arena from the plans JoeBlo made was simply to have an arena where pinning was very difficult (though [[Chinese Whispers]] did have a bunch of pinning in it) and the lack of corners meant spinners wouldn't loose much momentum from hitting a wall.
