Ozone Layer was a Middleweight Shell spinner built by DragonFire for Robot Rampage Series 1. It lost its first match against ID10T, because ID10T had a good type of weapon to counter the shell. ID10T beat Ozone Layer's vulnerable underside for nearly all of the match, until Ozone Layer was pushed into the spinning blade and thrown out of the arena. Ozone Layer was the only shell spinner in Robot Rampage Series 1. The titanium half-sheet on the bottom is supposed to work like Tempest's srimech, but doesn't exactly work right.
