Control boards permit remote control of your bot, and 99% of bots do need remote control to be effective. They also allow to modify the Wiring category in the bot lab.
The Stock control board is 4 kg. The two DSL control board are 4 kg (AX2550) and 5 kg (Antweight control board), even if the AW control board is much smaller.
