The max_sphere.gmf is a GMF file that contains a mesh which limits the size of a robot. As the name suggest, the mesh is (almost) a sphere. To view the shape of it, use the GMF Viewer provided by Gabriel Entertainment.
A bigger max sphere allows for making larger robots. It is possible to download a larger max sphere on Game Tech Mods.
