Billy Goat Gruffiest

Billy Goat Gruffiest now uses twice as much weaponery as Guffier did. Sadly it uses the same drive as Gruffier and is still equally as bad. It also wastes weight on ramplates that barely come into play and give it bad traction while upside-down.
