Locutus of The Borg is perhaps the best SHW in SC3. It has a few horizontal spinners with a lot of Spike Strips spinning around. It's kind of slow though and some of the Spike Strips are facing the wrong way.
Also has unique anti-gut-ripper weaponry. When a bot gets under him, Snapper-powered razors fire spike strips downward.
