Fear Rating pertains to a Forum Member's "persuasive effect" upon newer members. While a high Fear rating indicates that you are more likely to shut up the rants of n00bs, they are also more likely to get strong grudges. On the down side, they are also less liked by the community and are (in rare cases) banned for prolonged aggression. Another type of person with a high fear rating are those with forum privileges. Instead of persuasiveness, they simply have the power to manipulate forum member accounts. Their fear rating is based on their respect from the forum in general. Also note that most [[Innovationalist]]s have a fairly balanced fear rating. This is due to their effect on their innovation toward the forum. Their fear rating is also based off of respect.
