Trivia: | Sting was the most powerful flipper in Robot Rampage Series 1 |
Sting was a Middleweight flipper built by DragonFire for Robot Rampage Series 1. The weak flipping arms were ultimately its downfall, as Code Breaker broke them, and wore away at it for a KO. It never got a flip in that could have sent Code Breaker OOTA, even thought Code Breaker is not really wedgy. It spent alot of the match on its oddly shaped backside, which made it unable to self-right consistently. It is clearly a better flipper than Buckaroo because Buckaroo has a tendency to tip forward when it flips. Sting didn't do that, it just got a bad matchup vs. Code Breaker.
What DragonFire listed as Pros and Cons were:
Pros: Fast, strong 'flipperbility' factor
Cons: Brittle flipping arms, no underside armor
