Drama Queen is a very dramatic person that overreacts to a particular subject (reputation, a controversy... etc.). These are usually younger users or emotionally unstable adults. Generally frowned upon, they seem to like sticking together to make themselves seem stronger and to circlejerk.
Quite often n00bs as well but both are not always linked.
