Naryar's Not Quite Evil Council is the nickname for Team 1 in the RA2 Team Championship. The name was coined by NFX as a joke after Scorpion realized Team 4 could be Team 4TW. The core members of the Not Quite Evil Council consist of Naryar, G.K., Martymidget, NFX and SKBT. The other members are Trumpetguy and Vertigo.
The Not Quite Evil Council has won both RA2 Team Championship Tournaments.
