Generally the weakest of the 4 and is the lightest available [[armor type]] available in the [[stock]] and [[DSL]] versions of Robot Arena 2 respectively (Most of the other [[mods]] are solely based on the stock version, this rule applies to those mods as well).

Plastic Armor is usually the lightest armor available without any known cheats or glitches ([[DSA]] for example). This means that it is most useful for building bots that must be light in favor of its [[weight class]] requirements, like [[AW]]s, [[BW]]s, and some [[LW]]s.
Plastic Armor is also the weakest form of armor, so it is an extremely bad choice for heavier built robots like [[MW]]s, [[HW]]s, and [[SHW]]s, or bots that have large chassis.
