All caps is when a member (E.x: Venko) flames or rants with the caps lock on. Is one of biggest pet peeves of most of the current members and staff, who in return end up seeing them as either a n00b, a Forum Arsonist, or both.
Often used for shouting at someone and is one of the things that make a Bad post.
